La r\u00e9union a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9change avec Benoit Gilson, CEO d\u2019Infrabel, l\u2019entreprise responsable de la gestion de l\u2019infrastructure ferroviaire en Belgique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur les activit\u00e9s d\u2019Infrabel, son impact \u00e9conomique, ses avantages \u00e9cologiques, ses d\u00e9fis et ses projets futurs. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019Infrabel joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique belge et dans le transfert du transport polluant des routes vers le rail. Les \u00e9changes ont soulign\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du service ferroviaire, de d\u00e9velopper la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et de soutenir les class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Infrabel est responsable de la r\u00e9paration de la cat\u00e9naire et g\u00e8re \u00e9galement une autre cat\u00e9naire \u00e0 3000 volts \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel poss\u00e8de 6 500 kilom\u00e8tres de joint, 7 000 kilom\u00e8tres de fibre optique, la plupart des lignes \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9es, 12 000 ouvrages d\u2019air, 1 600 passages \u00e0 niveau et 13 000 signaux lumineux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel g\u00e8re le trafic avec 9 500 personnes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel a r\u00e9duit son personnel de 14 000 \u00e0 9 500 en 15 ans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel g\u00e8re environ 3 500 trains de voyageurs et une centaine de trains de marchandises par jour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel a un impact \u00e9conomique important en investissant un milliard par an et en consommant 300 millions par an.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel est le deuxi\u00e8me plus gros consommateur d\u2019\u00e9nergie en Belgique et peut jouer un r\u00f4le dans la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en tant que consommateur, distributeur et producteur d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infrabel a des avantages \u00e9cologiques en assurant le transfert du transport polluant des routes vers le rail, avec des co\u00fbts externes r\u00e9duits, une consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et des \u00e9missions de CO2 r\u00e9duites, moins d\u2019accidents et moins de pollution de l\u2019air.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les principales actions d\u2019Infrabel consistent \u00e0 :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Favoriser l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire en r\u00e9utilisant les rails en fin de vie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prot\u00e9ger la biodiversit\u00e9 et diminuer l\u2019utilisation de pesticides.R\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 et am\u00e9liorer l\u2019empreinte carbone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 la politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique belge en utilisant les capacit\u00e9s de stockage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborer avec le TEC, la STIB et DE LIJN pour la recharge des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9er une acad\u00e9mie technique pour former des m\u00e9tiers techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promouvoir l\u2019ascenseur social en offrant des opportunit\u00e9s de promotion interne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuer \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer \/>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t<\/button><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membres ont fait preuve de beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ce sujet et pos\u00e9 beaucoup de questions pour bien comprendre la diff\u00e9rence entre Infrabel et la SNCB (comp\u00e9tence pour tout ce qui roule et les gares), sur l\u2019offre de transport et les contraintes techniques (nombre suffisant de trains et d\u00e9lais de livraison), sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (vols de c\u00e2bles, contre lesquels Infrabel envisage des mesures comme le marquage des c\u00e2bles et le renforcement les sanctions par la police des chemins de fer) ou l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des gares (quais adapt\u00e9s, escalators\u2026).
